Agatrino
is the name of the town founded by the son of Aeolus during the Trojan war
times, and here stands today Capo d'Orlando on the Tyrrhenian coast of the
province of Messina.
It streches towards the sea and on its cape there is a suggestive lighthouse, just under the green hill, where the Orlando castle and the Sanctuary testify its medieval history.
